Thrown and altered, covered with the same crystalline glaze with different oxides. There are six bends in the rim of the bowl, creating the image of a six pointed star. What is most interesting is that the spiral in the bottom came out having two perfectly even sections, one light and one dark, resembling a yin yang. This is a perfect example of the combination between what I can do and what naturally happens; divine inspiration.
This bowl was entered in the OOAK Green Competition in Toronto. It is currently in the Touchstones Museum for the KSA Grad Exhibition, and I don't think I will ever part with it.
